is a native of Tampa, Florida. She graduated from the Academy of the Holy Names in 1974 and obtained a
Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing from the College of St. Teresa in Rochester, Minnesota in 1978. She worked as a
Registered Nurse in several Tampa Bay area hospitals until 1984 when she decided to embark
upon a new career as a Family and Marital Lawyer. She graduated from Stetson University College of Law in
1986 and was licensed to practice law in 1987. She has practiced exclusively in the area of
Marital Law for the past 25 years. Her dedication to Family Law is a natural extension of her commitment
to help people in time of need as she did in her former days as an
oncology and psychiatric nurse.
She has a strong reputation in her ability to artfully negotiate out of court settlements. If
negotiations fails she also has an equally strong reputation
of having highly skilled courtroom advocacy skills on the trial
and appellate court level.
