Initially, Marina worked for nearly a decade as a Registered Nurse specializing in oncology and mental health care at several major Tampa Bay regional hospitals. Witnessing the depression and anxiety experienced by those patients going through a divorce led her to change careers to become a Marital and Family Law Attorney.
After graduating from Stetson University College of Law in 1986, she briefly worked in the family law department of Tampa a law firm, where she gained considerable experience, enabling her to found her own “boutique” practice in 1993. She is now exclusively focused on all aspects of Family and Marital Law for her clients in Brandon, Riverview, and Hillsborough County. 
 
Marina is a dedicated problem solver who is driven to help people in need, whether in healthcare or the law.
